Transportation Vendor Change
If you are a member in regions 1-9, your nonemergency transportation vendor is changing to Ride2MD on 06/01/2022. No action is needed on your part. You have the same benefits. You can continue to call the same numbers on the back of your member ID card.
If you, or anyone in your household, have standing orders or prior approvals for trips, that information will be sent to the new vendor.
Call Member Services at 844-406-2396 (TTY 711) for Florida Medicaid or 877-440-3738 (TTY 711) for Long-Term Care Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time if you have questions. Thank you.
